FORTALECIENDO EL QUEHACER PROFESIONAL DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL, A TRAVÉS DEL DIÁLOGO Y LA PARTICIPACIÓN INTERDISCIPLINARIA DE PROYECTOS DE INVESTIGACIÓN

Resumen

Este artículo surge como resultado de la participación del proyecto de investigación llamado “Tubérculos Andinos de vuelta a Casa” ejecutado en el año 2017 con el apoyo de UNIMINUTO Centro Regional Zipaquirá y se llevó a cabo en el departamento de Cundinamarca, en los Municipios de Zipaquirá, Sesquile, Cogua y Tenjo, con huertas participativas. El propósito del proyecto fue hacer la recuperación de semillas y establecer nuevos guardianes en la región, sin embargo, para Trabajo Social se logró identificar la importancia de proponer, ejecutar y participar en proyectos participativos, comunitarios e interdisciplinarios, para establecer diálogos intergeneracionales, fortalecer la perspectiva del quehacer profesional del Trabajador Social.

Asimismo, para argumentar la experiencia se tomaron aportes teóricos y metodológicos de autores como, Caroline Ware (1965), Ezequiel Ander Egg (2000), Arizaldo Carvajal (2011) y Natalio Kisnerman (2011), que fundamentan el quehacer profesional desde la investigación social y la intervención comunitaria. Los resultados de esta investigación no solo resaltan la necesidad e importancia de formular y participar en proyectos de investigación interdisciplinarios si no que aporta en la formación de los profesionales de trabajo social.

Abstrac

This article arises because of the participation of the research project called "Andean Tubers Back Home" carried out in 2017 with the support of UNIMINUTO Regional Centre Zipaquirá and was carried out in the department of Cundinamarca, in the municipalities of Zipaquirá, Sesquile, Cogua and Tenjo, with participatory gardens. The purpose of the project was to make the recovery of seeds and establish new guardians in the region, however, for Social Work was able to identify the importance of proposing, executing and participating in participatory, community and interdisciplinary projects, to establish intergenerational dialogues, strengthen the perspective of the professional work of the Social Worker. In addition, theoretical and methodological contributions from authors such as Caroline Ware (1965), Ezequiel Ander Egg (2000), Arizaldo Carvajal (2011) and Natalio Kisnerman (2011), who base their work from social research and community intervention. The results of this research not only highlight the need and importance of formulating and participating in interdisciplinary research projects, but also contributing to the training of social work professionals.
